Stadium


Kutaisi Central Stadium can host 12 000 soccer fans and never fears of staying empty in the city having the legendary Torpedo Kutaisi football club to support and perceiving football as the festival. 

 

Kutaisi Central Stadium was built in 1949-56 on the territory of new Kutaisi. First time it was reconstructed in 1998 and in 2010 it was refurbished into UEFA standards. Nowadays the stadium is ready to host matches of the international standards.

 

Football playground (105X75 metre), running cycle of 400 metre and area for jumping and throwing are located at the stadium sport complex. Score-board, lighting system, dressing rooms, administrative building and press zone of international standards creates suitable conditions for hosting high class games.
